Additional Support Services:
Airport Transfers: 50 Kuna (6.80 EUR)/airport transfer/person
Transfer to Zaton Bay: 50 Kuna/person subject to car availability
Transfer to Lopud Island: by ferry from Gruz Harbor
Accommodation Arrangements: AKT charges a 10 EUR (75 Kuna) room reservation fee/guesthouse room/per location. You pay guesthouse owners directly for your rooms- cash, no credit cards accepted. If you spend nights in 3 different guesthouses, we charge 30 EUR to reserve and hold the rooms for you. If you spend 3 nights in one location, we charge 10 EUR. Accomodation locations include Dubrovnik, the Elafiti Islands, and Mljet. Most guesthouse owners will not rent rooms for a single night in high season (July and August). Expect to pay 350-450 Kuna/night/double or single room.
Camping: Camping in Croatia is permitted only in registered campgrounds, all of which are auto-camps. Campgrounds during high season (mid-June to mid-Sept) are crowded with RVs. If your idea of camping is a mountaineering tent in a wilderness area, you wonʼt find it on the Dalmatian coast. Campgrounds are fine in the shoulder seasons. Campgrounds have bathroom facilities and charge 5-8 EUR/tent/night. There are no registered campgrounds on the Elafiti Islands, so camping is confined to the coastline. It is possible to combine camping and guesthouse stays during your holiday.
Camping equipment: 20 EUR/2 man mountaineering tent/week
Sleeping bag and pad: 10 EUR/week
Full Itinerary Planning: 100 EUR/itinerary for full support and local knowledge in planning your paddling routes, overnight stays, meals, car and ferry service, etc.
